Bendle Named MASB Advisory Council Chair

Neil Bendle, Assistant Professor at the Ivey Business School of Western University, has taken the leadership role for the MASB Advisory Council (MAC), which includes representatives of marketer companies, business schools, industry associations, media providers, media & advertising agencies and measurement providers who believe in linking marketing actions to financial performance. The MAC Chair consults with the MASB Board on operating issues and standards projects.

Neil Bendle Ivey Business SchoolBendle is co-author of Marketing Metrics: The Mangers Guide to Measuring Marketing Performance (3rd Ed. Pearson), and he writes the Marketing Thought blog.

He received his MBA from the University of Virginia – Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, and his PhD in Marketing from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management. He serves on the Improving Financial Reporting Project team and co-leads the Finance in Marketing Course Project team.
