A MASB Advisory Council member since 2013, Jonathan Short is Senior Director of Brand Finance for PepsiCo/Frito-Lay. His team partners with the Frito-Lay marketing group to ensure delivery of short-term and long-term brand performance. Most recently his focus is on optimizing marketing growth levers across the core business processes to maximize performance of all growth drivers.
Jonathan began his career with Frito-Lay in 2000 and has held various roles throughout planning, supply chain, marketing finance, and IT finance. Prior to Frito-Lay, he worked in Corporate Finance at Sprint and spent four years in Public Accounting at Deloitte.
He holds a bachelor of accountancy degree from the University of Oklahoma and is a certified public accountant.
Jonathan is co-lead of the Brand Investment & Valuation Project finance sub-team.
