Stephanie Fierman, MASB Director since 2025, is a long-time senior marketing executive, serving F100 companies, mid-size organizations and start-ups in various industries including consumer financial services and media. She is presently the Executive Vice President of Brand & Media at the Association of National Advertisers. Immediately prior to joining the ANA, she was Chief Marketing Officer at MediaCom, a WPP Company.
Stephanie graduated as a Baker Scholar from Harvard Business School and earned a BA with honors from the University of Pennsylvania.
Her primary interests currently lie in measuring the effectiveness of creativity and developing a seminal metric for the value of a brand that is both persuasive and compelling across the C-Suite.
