In this joint presentation, Dawn and Edgar will share the financial benefit to the business in measuring the strength and weakness of the brand to inform corporate strategy and exit planning as a private equity owned B2B company.

They will cover how critical it is to understand the state of the market from the perspective of the customer and how this knowledge ultimately led to a merger with a direct competitor that was rebranded as Forsta.
