“Change agent and future shaper” Eric Yoch has joined the Marketing Accountability Standards Board. Believing that authenticity is the foundation of successful brands, marketing, and products, he piloted Unilever’s first global project and has also worked in brand marketing at ConAgra, TopCo, and Universal Beauty Products. He is currently Senior Brand Marketing Manager at Sunstar Americas.

Yoch received his MBA from DePaul University Driehaus College of Business, and he attended MASB Summer Summit held there last month, participating in the panel discussion, Navigating Today’s Challenges in the Era of AI and Geopolitical Disruption.

“Eric’s enthusiasm for marketing accountability during our summit was truly inspiring,” said MASB CEO Joanna Seddon. “We’re looking forward to applying his energy and insights to our projects.”

“I’m honored to join the Marketing Accountability Standards Board,” Yoch stated. “The MASB team reflects the best I’ve worked with—diverse in thought, experience, and discipline. Everyone adds value and works toward elevating marketing.”

Creativity, innovation, and people fuel Eric’s passion. He sees marketing as a living system, where the chemistry between people can spark something extraordinary. “With accountability and standards, brands evolve and stay relevant.”
