Karen Ebben

MASB Director since 2012, Karen Ebben is the founder of Global Marketing Impact. An award-winning Fortune 500 Marketing and Advertising executive with 20+ years of global analytics, research & consumer insights experience, she is a consultant specializing in improving marketing effectiveness and has provided her expertise to senior global brand leaders, advisory boards, start-ups and businesses seeking to restructure.

Previously, Karen was Director of Global Advertising & Marketing Effectiveness for General Motors, where she accelerated improvements in marketing effectiveness.  Her work has earned Cannes, AME, DMA and Effie recognition. Karen has served on the advisory boards of Ehrenberg-Bass, MIT’s Center for Digital Business, and the DMA.

She holds an MBA from Cleveland State University and a BS in Management from Oakland University.

Karen co-leads the MMAP Metric Catalog Project team.
