MASB Advisor 2017-2022, Vithala R. Rao is Deane Malott Professor of Management and Professor of Marketing and Quantitative Methods Emeritus in the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. He has published over 135 papers on topics including conjoint analysis and multidimensional scaling, pricing, bundle design, brand equity, and linking branding strategies to financial performance. He received Johnson’s 2000-01 Faculty Research Award, the MSI 2005 Robert D. Buzzell Award for Best Paper, and the AMA’s 2008 Charles Coolidge Parlin Marketing Research Award. He was named ISMS Fellow in 2012 and AMA Fellow in 2016. | |
MASB Director 2010-2016 and Advisory Council member 2017-2021, David Reibstein is the William S. Woodside Professor and Professor of Marketing at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He was the Chair of the American Marketing Association (AMA) Board of Directors (2012– 2013), and previously served as Executive Director of the Marketing Science Institute. | |
Margaret (Meg) Henderson Blair was a member of The Boardroom Project and served as Founding President and CEO of MASB 2007 – 2017. She was Chair of the Marketing Accountability Foundation until her unexpected passing in 2018. Former president of ARS Group, Meg was a pioneer and innovator who made many contributions to the realm of marketing measurement and accountability. Dominique (Mike) Hanssens was a member of The Boardroom Project, founding Director of the MASB, and founding Chair of the MASB Advisory Council (2011). A widely recognized authority on marketing strategy and effectiveness of marketing efforts, he retired in 2017 as Distinguished Research Professor of Marketing at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. | |

Roger Sinclair was a MASB Advisor from 2012 until he passed away suddenly in January 2016. In 2015, he was appointed MASB’s Inaugural Fellow and assigned to the IFR Project team with the objective of aligning marketing more closely with balance sheet reporting.
