8 Ways AI Is Reshaping the Workforce | MASB Summit Feb 18-19

“How many bad decisions will go unnoticed because AI made them look polished?”

Adam Katz

As multiple macro-trends converge to reshape the future of work, AI stands out as the enigmatic force capturing both our imagination and concern. While organisations scramble to understand its true impact, many have yet to grasp just how fundamentally AI could transform our ways of working. The big questions loom:

  • Is AI coming for our jobs, or will it turn us all into super-workers?
  • Can we just leave it all to the AI Agents, or does human oversight remain critical?
  • Does AI spell the end for the entry level role, and If so what does this mean for our future Talent pipeline?

At MASB Winter Summit 2026, Feb. 19 on Zoom, People Strategy expert Adam Katz will present 8 Ways AI Is Reshaping the Workforce, sharing exclusive insights from his unpublished thought leadership research, The AI Workforce Imperative, developed to complement the People Strategy at a global financial institution. The session will explore eight hypotheses on how AI could reshape the workforce, highlighting both the opportunities and the risks that demand careful navigation.
