The Marketing Accountability Standards Board’s long and productive relationship with the Association of National Advertisers, a founding MASB member organization, continues with the appointments of two new ANA representatives to the MASB team.
MASB CEO Joanna Seddon: “We are thrilled to welcome Stephanie Fierman, who will be our new ANA representative on the MASB Board of Directors, and Ana Medeiros, who has joined our MASB Advisory Council and is playing a very active role as co-lead of our priority initiative, Measuring Financial Return on Creativity. Both have valuable experience to draw on and will be tremendous assets on our project teams. We value highly our close working relationship with the ANA and our cross-fertilization and cooperation on initiatives.”

Fierman, Executive Vice President of Brand & Media at the ANA, is a long-time senior marketing executive, serving F100 companies, mid-size organizations and start-ups in various industries including consumer financial services and media. She was formerly CMO at MediaCom, a WPP Company. Her primary interests currently lie in measuring the effectiveness of creativity and developing a seminal metric for the value of a brand that is both persuasive and compelling across the C-Suite.
“As in the past, the ANA stands steadfastly alongside MASB in its mission to elevate the CMO to their rightful place in the boardroom by linking marketing actions to overall financial return and brand health,” Fierman said. “I look forward to working closely together on matters related to brand value and creative effectiveness and measurement, plus other items related to data and A.I. that are necessary tools in the effective CMO’s arsenal.”

Bob Liodice, President and CEO of the ANA, is a Trustee of the Marketing Accountability Foundation, which oversees MASB.
